- Grade A: perfect cosmetic condition, no significant signs of wear.
- Grade B: good condition, with normal signs of wear.
- Grade C: fair condition, with a few scratches.
For the warranty to be valid, the smartphone must be returned in the same cosmetic condition as when it was bought, with the warranty seal intact and no internal damage caused by liquids.
